PROGRAM DESCRIPTION AND TARGET AUDIENCES

This meeting will provide relevant and provocative topics in pain management focused on scientific evidence. Trainees as well as local practicing physicians interested in pain medicine are encouraged to attend.

OVERALL PROGRAM GOAL

The Eastern Pain Association and the University of Virginia, Department of Anesthesiology, Division of Pain Medicine recognize the multidisciplinary and complex nature of pain. Consistent with this philosophy we are presenting a program that is evidence-based, as well as practical, to assist trainees and professionals interested in the field of pain management.
